Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the case.
Deodar Seeds Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays, customs holds, import restrictions, incorrect addresses or issues caused by third-party postal or courier services.
Refunds, when approved, are processed through the original payment method where possible.
