Cancellations and Refunds

We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • All the approved refund under the refund policy will be credited with 5-7 business working days.
  • All the approved exchange and replacement will be completed within 15 business working days
Order Processing and Shipment:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 working days from the date of payment.

Order Cancellation:
Customers have the right to cancel their order before it has been shipped by the seller.

Delivery Delays:
All the products will be delivered within 5-7 business working days.

If an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, the seller may request the customer to wait an additional 1-2 weeks. This is due to potential postal delays that are beyond the control of both the seller and the buyer.

Extended Delays:
If the delay is significantly long, the customer has the right to request a refund or ask the seller to reship the order at the seller's expense.

Damaged Seeds:
If the seeds arrive damaged, customers should provide video or photo evidence and send it to Deodarseeds@gmail.com within 3 days after it delivered. Upon verification, the seller will replace and reship the order at their own cost.

Political Interference's:
If an order does not reach the customer due to political reasons, neither a refund nor a free replacement can be provided. Both the buyer and seller bear the risk in such situations.

Customs Issues:
If an order is held up due to customs inspections and the customer has no influence over the outcome, neither a refund nor a free replacement will be provided.
