3. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share necessary data with service providers for shipping and payment processing, or with legal authorities when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies to remember preferences and help us analyse website traffic and performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
5. Data security

7. International users
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own. We require such transfers to comply with applicable data protection laws.
8. Plant identification and My Garden
When you choose Identify plant, the selected photos are sent to the Pl@ntNet service for identification. Deodar does not save these photos on its servers. A guest My Garden, including its small preview image, stays in your browser storage on this device until you remove it or clear browser data. When you sign in and choose to sync My Garden, Deodar stores the recognised plant names and family, the identification date and confidence, and a related Deodar seed link where available. It does not store the original photo or its preview in the synced garden. Pl@ntNet processes identification requests under its terms of use.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Please review this page regularly.
