Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic India orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, courier or postal service.

International orders may take longer and can be affected by customs, postal delays and local import rules. Customers are responsible for checking their local import restrictions before ordering seeds.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available.

Before placing your order

• Accurate address: Please provide a complete and accurate address, including the postal code. Incorrect information may result in returned parcels or failed delivery.
• Tracking: When tracking is available, it will be shared by email or order update after dispatch.
• Local postal handling: In some locations, customers may need to collect a package from the local post office or courier point.
• Import rules: International customers are responsible for checking local seed import restrictions before ordering.
