Cancellations and refunds: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the case.
